Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Ilara Health. Items can be returned under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Items: If you received a damaged item.
  2. Additional Items: If you received an additional item that was not in your sales order.
  3. Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item.
  4. Short Expiry: If you received an item with an expiry period of less than 6 months, unless the item was purchased as part of a fire sale indicating a price deduction due to short expiry.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Return Process: You must reach out to us within 48 hours from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return.
